The mood in the camp seems relaxed and stress-free as the guys recover from a very busy two weeks. Training has been taking place at the Village while the rain subsides and preparations are made for the next PSL clash.

With the time to prepare and making sure that all players are match fit, the Technical Department has released information on injuries in the team.

Physiotherapist, Dave Milner, has indicated that Derrick Spencer who suffered a groin injury, is recovering well. Spencer experienced a muscle tear in the right groin area and underwent an hour-long operation. He is currently recovering at home, although in a little pain, he is on the mend.

Thabo Mooki is suffering from an upper respiratory tract infection and will be back in action as soon as next week.

Goalie, Emile Baron has reportedly pulled a back muscle after having received the green light to start training again. Unfortunately, he will be out for another three weeks.

Finally, some good news for the Amakhosi Faithful, Siyabonga Nkosi has been taking part in full training sessions with the team. The Medical Department is pleased with his ‘guts, character and dedication to his rehabilitation’.

The team will resume training tomorrow, to prepare for the next PSL clash against ‘Phunya Selesele’.
