Kaizer Chiefs Reserves played their hearts out only to lose to Bidvest Wits Reserves in the Multichoice Diski Challenge match played on weekend.
Wits took the lead in the 33rd minute but Chiefs fought back to equalise in the 39th minute through Rahim Milazi. Chiefs took the lead in the 43rd through Lebohang Lesako.
Wits levelled matters at the stroke of half time before taking control of the match in the second half with goals coming in the 49th and 64th minutes. 4-2 it ended.
Chiefs Reserves will be looking at turning the corner when they face Bloemfontein Celtic Reserves in ‘It’s Massive’ festival taking place on Sunday, 8 September at Princess Magogo Stadium in Kwa-Mashu. Kick-off is at 12:00.
