• The TicketProTerms and Conditions, Purchase Policy and Privacy Policy as published www.ticketpros.co.za are applicable to the purchase of a Season Ticket.

• By purchasing and/or using the Season Ticket, the holder agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, in addition to the TicketPro Terms and Conditions.

• Season Tickets are personal to the Season Ticket holder and under no circumstances can a ticket be cancelled, transferred resold or refunded. This includes all competitions entry and prize redemption and benefits such as the discount at Kappa Stores, Parking and use of a fast-track entrance at FNB Stadium.

• Use of the Season Ticket is for private personal use only and not for any commercial or business purposes.

• In purchasing the Season Ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions which may be imposed and/or provided by the organizer before or during any event to which the Season Ticket permits access.

• The Season Ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location, and the age restriction of each event to which the Season Ticket permits access. Early arrival is recommended, and the organizer shall have the right to refuse any late entries and the Season Ticket holder shall not have any right to claim for the reimbursement of the ticket price or any compensation whatsoever in such circumstances.

• All Season Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be subject to a personal safety and security search when entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item which the organizer or venue security personnel consider to be safety and security risk or that may potentially be used to damage the venue or interfere with the event in any way, will be confiscated.

• The Season Ticket holder consents to photographs, video, sound recordings and the like of the ticket holder, as an attendee at the venue, being captured and used in printed and electronic media, including on the internet and social media.

• The organizer accepts no liability for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including a Season Ticket holder) and / or loss or theft of or damage to personal effects, arising out of or in connection with attendance at the event.

• The venue and event organizer has no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

• Neither the venue nor the organizer shall be responsible for any interruptions and/or restrictions to the view of the event caused by virtue of any unforeseeable circumstances.

• Except as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the venue and / or organizers shall not have any liability in respect of any failure to carry out, or any delay in carrying out, any matter in respect of these terms and conditions, caused by any circumstances outside the venue and / or organizers reasonable control.

• The Season Ticket will only be valid for the applicable PSL Betway Premiership season and includes the PSL Betway Premiership fixtures to be played by the Club. This includes home games played at Moses Mabhida and Peter Mokaba Stadia.

• Peter Mokaba tickets will be sent to you digitally.

• The season ticket excludes any cup games, exhibition matches, including Club legends, DDC and Youth Development fixtures.

• You will receive 10% discount on your purchase of KC branded apparel at the Kappa Store in Woodmead, Johannesburg, the Kappa Store at the Village and at the two Kappa Containers at FNB Stadium located close to Gate K and Gate E, when producing your KC season ticket and ID. The discount is only available on full price purchases. The discount is only available to the season ticket holder.

• Every month season ticket holders will automatically participate in competitions and lucky draws. Prizes can only be claimed by the season ticket holder and are not transferable.

• Winner will be selected randomly, and the Club will contact the winners directly.
