Kaizer Chiefs veteran winger, Arthur Zwane will need a late fitness test on Tuesday afternoon to determine his availability for the crunch fixture against Mamelodi Sundowns on Tuesday. This was revealed by Kaizer Chiefs coach, Muhsin Ertugral on Monday afternoon.

The Meadowlands born winger who celebrated his 35th birthday on Saturday would have missed out on Saturday if the final had been played as scheduled. He was forced to miss out on the second league game against Maritzburg United after limping out in the opening game of the season.

“Arthur (Zwane) will undergo a fitness test late on Tuesday to determine if he will make the bench or not. He trained with the team on Monday. He is one of our experienced players and we need that in a game of this calibre” he said adding that veteran midfielder Thabo Mooki will also make the bench for the much-awaited fixture.

In the same breath, Muhsin Ertugral revealed that Zimbabwean international will miss out due to family commitments in Zimbabwe. “The General” flew Zimbabwe after losing his sister on Sunday last week.
