Head Coach, Vladimir Vermezovic has said that the team is going to be stronger this season despite losing key players in Valery Nahayo and Knowledge Musona.

VV is on his third season with Chiefs this season and the MTN8 is one of the cups that have eluded him since his arrival.

The Glamour Boys welcome Bidvest Wits at FNB Stadium on Sunday, 07 August 2011 for the lucrative MTN8 quarter final.

"I am completely satisfied with the preseason and we raring to go on Sunday.

"It should be an entertaining game as both sides always want to play," said Vermezovic addressing the tournament press conference at PSL HQ in Parktown on Thursday afternoon.

"I feel that with the players we have brought in like Brent Lawler, Tefu Mashamaite, Major (Lehlohonolo Majoro) and others we have a competitive team to challenge strongly for honours this season."

VV added that the Club aim is not to emulate other teams, "We have our own objective as the team. We will play hard for each game be it the tournament or league."

"The league remain our priority going to the 2011/2012 season," added the Serbian born coach.
