Head Coach, Vladimir Vermezovic has said that he and his charges have not given up on the hope of bringing the Absa Premiership title to Naturena.

The Serbian was speaking to kaizerchiefs.com following the Club’s 1 all draw against Bidvest Wits in a packed Mbombela Stadium on Wednesday night.

“With 5 more games to go, we still have a chance to win the title,” said the visible confident Vermezovic.

“We will be facing tough teams, the reigning champions SuperSport United, Black Aces who believe that they still have a chance of surviving following their win against AmaZulu, league contenders Mamelodi Sundowns and Ajax Cape Town including AmaZulu.

“It is very important for us to keep our heads up and focus on our preparations. This is a crucial stage of the season. The spirit remains high in the camp…anything is possible,” said Vermezovic.

The Glamour Boys will this weekend change their attention to Nedbank Cup as they travel to nearby Bidvest Stadium to honour a meeting with Bidvest Wits.

Kick off for the game is at 15h00.
