Kaizer Chiefs development team currently participating in the U19 tournament (Metropolitan Premier Cup) in the Western Cape started on a low note on Thursday night when they lost 1-0 to Baltic Rangers.

The young Chiefs dominated the game but could not stop Rangers from snatching a winner via a well taken free kick in the second half.

The side under the guidance of Ryder Mofokeng and Arthur Zwane will have an opportunity to redeem themselves when they take on Robinville Spurs at 16:45 (on Friday, 22 April 2011) in a Group G fixture.

The tournament is currently underway at Belhar Sport grounds near Bellville.
