Tshabalala Finally Ready For Chiefs Action

Kaizer Chiefs fans have waited patiently to see former Free State Stars midfielder Siphiwe Tshabalala in action after the midfielder signed for the Amakhosi during the January transfer window but unfortunately his troublesome knee has meant that the 23-year-old is yet to play in the famous ‘Gold and Black’.

When originally signed, it was thought Tshabalala, who had a knee injury that required surgery, would be fit to be play by March or April but it was decided that the player would be better served by resting his knee and staring afresh for the impending campaign.

The good news is that he is now participating in full training under new coach Muhsin Ertugral and looks set to make his official debut when the 2007/08 season kicks off, a full eight months after first being signed.
