Kaizer Chiefs mentor, Muhsin Ertugral believes that midfielder, Siphiwe Tshabalala can score more goals for both his country and the club. This was after the industrious winger came in on Saturday to score a winner between Bafana Bafana and Norway in the prestigious Nelson Mandela Challenge at the improved Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace.

Siphiwe Tshabalala who has played in both 2006 and 2008 Cup of Nations has scored three goals in 24 games for Bafana Bafana since making his debut in January 2006.

“He can definitely score more goals for both Bafana Bafana and the Club,” Ertugral told kaizerchiefs.com on Monday morning.

“Shabba (Siphiwe Tshabalala) is always dangerous when he comes to the middle although he is being used more on the left wing. He troubled the Norwegians on Saturday with his runs. He has done a lot for both the Club and Bafana Bafana this season. Here (Kaizer Chiefs) he has started all games. He is a good professional on and off the field,” said Ertugral.

“He will be one of the key players for Bafana Bafana as they take Portugal on Tuesday and of course during the upcoming tournaments (Confederations Cup and World Cup 2010),” he said.
