Zimbabwean trio, defender Lincoln “Harare” Zvasiya, midfielders Tinashe “The General” Nengomasha and Willard Katsande have been called up to the squad to face Liberia in the return leg of the preliminary rounds of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Gabon/Guinea Equatorial 2012 on Sunday, 04 September 2011.

The Club’s newest signee, Willard Katsande who has earned himself a nickname “Cheese and Onion” from kaizerchiefs.com will be hoping to continue with the rich vein of form he has shown for his national team as he was on the score sheet during the 2-0 win against Zambia early this month.

Rock solid defender, Thomas Sweswe is out of the team due to suspension while his former teammate at Naturena, Knowledge Musona is doubtful after picking up an injury two weeks ago in training for his German side, Hoffenheim.

The players will be allowed to join the camp when they come back from MTN 8 second leg semi final against Ajax Cape Town on Saturday, 27 August 2011.
