Man of the Match, Josta Dladla credited his five star performances on Thursday night to the state of the pitch, Nelson Mandela Stadium.

The newly built stadium will host games during World Cup 2010.

It was Josta Dladla’s goal early in July in the same stadium that gave Chiefs the Premier’s Cup, “This is a great stadium and the grass was even better today,” said the delighted Dladla after the match that saw Glamour Boys beating Orlando Pirates for the second consecutive time in this competition.

Last season goals from Torrealba and Kaizer Motaung Jr sent Chiefs to the final to meet Manchester United. This time around they will meet Man U’s neighbours, Manchester City on Saturday.

Dladla warned that it is too early for people to start drawing conclusions about his early form, “There is a lot of work to be done.

My dream this coming season is to win the league. I am looking forward to playing at the historic Orlando Stadium, our new home,” he said adding that he and his teammates will give a good account of themselves in the upcoming final on Saturday.
