Bafana Bafana coach, Alberto Parriera gave Khune a run in the first half on Saturday in a 6-2 drubbing of neighbours Swaziland.

“It is always an honour to play for my country and I was waiting for this opportunity. The coach might look at other guys in the game against Zimbabwe on Wednesday and I will support them,” said Khune.

Meanwhile, “Spider Kid” as the player is affectionately known said his focus after Bafana Bafana camp is the last six games in the Absa Premiership.

“It is difficult not to think about the league title and what the fans are expecting on us. On Thursday, together with all the guys that will be playing tonight, we are going to unite towards one goal to put pressure on leaders, SuperSport United and Mamelodi Sundowns,” he concluded.
