Having had a slow start on his career at Chiefs, Josta Dladla has taken his game to another level this season with some scintillating displays.

Chiefs played their last game of the year against AmaZulu and Josta is looking forward to spending some quality time with his family. Kaizerchiefs.com caught up with the former Wits University and Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder.

You always play with a smile in your face...

I do not know...I think I was born with a smile on my face. I am always happy (laughing)

Tell us about the tattoos on all over your body...

I have always loved tattoos since I was a little boy. I have a tattoo of my son’s name, Zavier and my wife’s name as well. Few guys can do that (smiling).

Who is your roommate during camp and tell us about his habits?

EL Buda (Jose Torrealba). He is always on his laptop keeping in touch with his loved ones but I enjoy his company.

Who in your opinion is the best dresser at the Club?

It is actually two guys, Jimmy (Tau) and Zwane (Arthur). Those guys dress to kill...shoes, sharp nose, square nose; I sometimes wonder how their toes look like (laughing).

The best singer and entertainer?

Itumeleng Khune without a doubt...that boy is crazy! He likes to sing R. Kelly’s songs.

Who of the players in the team can make a good coach one day?

Mhmm, that is a tough one but I do not think any of us can make a good coach.

What are you doing at 12h00 on the 31st January 2009?

I will spend it with my loved ones.

Which of your bad habits you will definitely be looking at stopping next year?

I do not think I have any bad habits but I a must admit that I struggle to keep time. I will have to improve on this next year definitely.

Lastly, what is your message to Kaizer Chiefs faithful in 2010?

We appreciate the support you give us as a team through thick and thin. Personally, I am grateful that you have accepted me as one of your ‘sons’. When I joined Chiefs back in January, it never crossed my mind that it was going to be such a wonderful experience. Thank you once more and enjoy the festive season, come back healthy next year.
