The Glamour Boys received a timely boost ahead of their crunch Absa Premiership clash against Soweto rivals Moroka Swallows scheduled for Wednesday with the return to action of reliable defender Thomas 'Rambo' Sweswe.

The Zimbabwean international, ever present for Chiefs this season, missed the game against Mamelodi Sundowns due to suspension.

“We are delighted to have Sweswe back for the game against Moroka Swallows. He has been very solid for us this season and we missed him last weekend,” Vermezovic told kaizerchiefs.com on Tuesday morning.

Meanwhile, the Serbian also revealed that Abia Nale, David Mathebula and Zhiamo Jambo would not take any part on Wednesday’s proceedings due to different injuries.

Kick off for the game at Orlando Stadium is at 19h30.
