A surprise inclusion for Saturday afternoon's ABSA Cup Last 32 clash against Super Sport United by Coach Ernst Middendorp has been the inclusion of midfield playmaker Scara Ngobese.

The tricky and highly entertaining Ngobese has been on the sidelines for the past few months as Coach Ernst Middendorp stated that he needed to improve his discipline and general attitude. Scara’s inclusion in Saturday’s game shows that the midfielder has gotten things together.

Commenting on the surprise inclusion of Scara goalkeeper Rowen Fernandez welcomed the midfielder’s inclusion with open arms saying “we need Scara to put in a big performance and from what I have seen in training we have the Scara of old back and for us that is a good thing”. Scara for his part did not say much when boarding the team bus prior as the team left for the FNB he did add “I will be buzzing against Super Sport and this time I am here to demonstrate that I deserve to be in the starting eleven”.

Along with Scara the coach has made a number of other changes to his starting eleven from the one that defeated Bloemfontein Celtic a week ago, income Gerald Sibeko and Derrick Spencer. Sibeko replaces fellow midfielder Tinashe Nengomasha and Derrick Spencer comes in for David Radebe. The destructive midfield pairing of David Mathebula and Gert Schalkwyk who turned the game on its head after coming on as second half substitutes against Celtic once again start the game from the bench.
