Public Relations Manager, Thebe Mohatle, has called on the Kaizer Chiefs faithful to purchase their tickets on time, following an announcement from the Premier League that there won’t be any tickets sold at the stadium on Sunday when Santos welcome the Glamour Boys at Newlands Stadium.

Kick-off for the game is at 3pm.

“It is very important for all Love & Peace people to rally behind the team in ensuring that we finish the 2009/2010 season in style. The announcement that there won’t be any tickets sold at the stadium means that fans should go out and purchase their tickets early to avoid disappointment.”

The second round league game between the two sides was moved to Port Elizabeth in November last year due to the fact that the stadiums in Cape Town were unavailable.

“We are anticipating lot of fans attending this game, as we have only been to Cape Town twice this season. Our fans in Cape Town have always come out to rally behind the team and it will not be different on Sunday,” concluded Mohatle, who has earned himself the nickname “Tevez” from the Kaizer Chiefs faithful.
