PSL DC Postpone Chiefs hearing

Representatives from Kaizer Chiefs and their legal team appeared before a Premier Soccer League Disciplinary Committee on Tuesday afternoon, after being called to the PSL offices in Parktown Johannesburg to answer questions, surrounding the behaviour of certain sectors of the public at the conclusion of the PSL game between Kaizer Chiefs and Bidvest Wits on 20-09-06 at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.



The matter has been postponed to the 10th October 2006, Kaizer Chiefs had sought for the matter to be brought before the committee again on the 17th October 2006, whereas the PSL had asked for the matter to proceed on the 3rd October 2006.



It was also communicated to the club that they will be asked to appear before the Disciplinary Committee on a separate charge, relating to incidents during Chiefs SAA Supa8 Semifinal game against Moroka Swallows on the 24th September played in Durban.
