Football Manager Bobby Motaung has revealed to kaizerchiefs.com that utility players, Sihle Mbambo and Sandile Zuke have both stopped training with Maritzburg United and will train with Mpumalanga Black Aces as from Thursday afternoon.

Midfielder, Michael Nkambule will join them at Aces as well.

Nkambule together with Gordon Gilbert and defender Mokete Tsotetsi have been training with the U-19s under the watchful eye of Fani Madida.

“Gordon Gilbert will train with Moroka Swallows as from Thursday with a hope of winning a contract,” he told kaizerchiefs.com on Thursday morning.

“Celtic is again talking to us with regards to the services of Mokete Tsotetsi so the player depending on negotiations might still find new home in Bloemfontein.”

As for goalkeeper, Jacob Mokhasi who trained with the team last week has since left the Village as he is not what the coaches were looking for in the goalkeeping department.”

Meanwhile, “Bobsteak” said the team is looking forward to the trip to Durban to face Manchester City and to Port Elizabeth for the Soweto derby against Orlando Pirates.

“The preparations have been going very well and the players together with the technical team are excited about the prospect of meeting Manchester City and Orlando Pirates next week,” he concluded.
