Kaizer Chiefs skipper Cyril Nzama remains defiant that his national side Bafana Bafana contains enough firepower to crash an intimidating Congo whom they visit in a crucial Group 11 African Nations Cup qualifier at Point Noire on Sunday.

Perched on top of the standings on 10 points after four matches, Carlos Alberto Parreira’s boys are odds favourates to emerge victorious and buoyed by a spirited display that saw them crashing basement Chad 4-0 with Sibusiso Zuma scoring a hat-trick, Zuma’s bullishness is justified.

“We are going there to fight. We cannot afford to allow them to do as they please. We have been hearing all sorts of stories about how intimidating they are, but that is the nature of football in Africa”.

“We are going to play in a total different playing surface that means a ‘bull dog spirit’ is needed. The players know what is at stake and after such intensive preparations, we stand a chance” said Nzama before their departure to Congo.
