The Management of Kaizer Chiefs refutes claims by certain sectors of media that all players would attend counselling sessions with Psychologists to address the effects of booing and violence at the stadium.

We are disappointed by such reports and dismiss them with the contempt they deserve. Our players enjoy our support and that of our Technical Team and may not necessarily be put under the strain of such sessions.

We however remain committed to addressing and educating our supporters on the importance of showing and maintaining discipline at the stadium. We shall be embarking on a campaign to identify our true supporters so that we root out those whose actions sow a lot of consternation in our team.

We are also thankful to those that have stood with us and committed to helping us fight stadium violence.
