The players, who came at the recommendation of former AmaZulu coach Boniface Dou, were supposed to be in the country for a week after Amakhosi had arranged temporary visas to that effect.
However, Chiefs PR Manager Putco Mafani says when the driver went to collect the players on Thursday to drop them off at the airport, two Ike Chukwu and Lucky Jude along with Dou were no where to be found and they had also not checked out.
"It is very strange because they were scheduled to fly out on Thursday. Dou left a hotel bill of over R8500 in extras and we are sending a letter to the PSL to warn other affiliates," says Mafani.
"The players were told to go back home and that the Chiefs technical staff would contact them in due course once a decision was made.
"We contacted Home Affairs to help us with details to find out whether the two have left the country. However, such information will only be available in a week."
The two who left on Thursday are Kingsley Ike-Chukwu and Surajabeen Jimoh.
