Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Tenashe Nengomasha made his debut at senior level when he featured for Zimbabwe in the 2-0 win against Swaziland in the Cosafa Castle Cup semifinals.
Peter Ndlovu scored twice as Zimbabwe beat Swaziland 2-0 to reach the Cosafa Castle Cup final.
The veteran striker helped English First Division club Sheffield United overcome Coventry City on Saturday, then dashed to Zimbabwe via London and Johannesburg.
Zimbabwe face Malawi in a two-leg final with the first match scheduled for the weekend of September 27-28 and the return one week later. A draw will determine which country stages the opening encounter.
