Kaizer Chiefs Football Manager, Bobby Motaung has this morning poured cold water on speculative media reports regarding the ‘uncertainty’ on the future of Tinashe Nengomasha at Naturena.

“Tinashe is going nowhere, he is our player and more so for another three years. We were extremely appalled by the media reports regarding the purported ‘uncertainty’ on the future of Nengomasha. It is only fair that before such speculations are made we at least be given an opportunity to clear the air and in my view the media took a short cut on this one. Nonetheless, Tinashe will be with Kaizer Chiefs for another three seasons.

"He has long extended his contract which was due to end in 2010, by another two years”

Motaung’s remarks came after media speculations that went as far as linking the Amakhosi’s tenacious midfielder to certain clubs in the PSL.

On the update about players that are currently on the transfer list Motaung further revealed that Management has given permission for both Sandile Zuke and Sihle Mbambo to train with Maritzburg United.

Meanwhile the Club received a communiqué from Bloemfontein Celtic that the deal between Mokete Tsotetsi and Phunya Sele-Sele was unsuccessful owing to the player’s agent not agreeing to terms with Siwelele. Accordingly, Mokete has now joined the seven players who have recently been put on transfer.
