Kaizer Chiefs defender, Valery Nahayo will miss the game this afternoon against Bloemfontein Celtic. The hard tackling Burundian did not make the trip down to Durban two weeks ago after suffering a foot injury while on duty for his country.

Emille Baron missed the whole of last week training session due to a back injury, has also missed the trip down to Bloemfontein.

However, Kaizer Chiefs mentor Muhsin Ertugral was confident that his charges will bounce back this afternoon against Bloemfontein Celtic.

“We had to go to the drawing board following our loss against Golden Arrows. Last week Friday we played a friendly match against Platinum Stars and I was happy with what I saw. The boys realise that we are currently in a bad position in the log.

We have to turn the corner this afternoon. Celtic will not make things easy as they are playing at home but we are fully prepared for them”, he said on his arrival in Bloemfontein on Tuesday afternoon.

The Turk will be happy to welcome the services of striker, Tshepo Bulu who travelled with the team to Bloemfontein after being out of action for over five weeks. Midfielder, Tinasha Nengamasha also joined the squad for the trip having missed the Telkom clash two weeks ago.
