Chiefs’ young sensation, Knowledge Musona joined his teammates for training on Tuesday morning after suffering a bad injury in the semi final match against Bay United in Port Elizabeth last Saturday.

The young Zimbabwean who scored one of the two goals in the game was a victim of an overzealous tackle from Patrick Mayo. Nkosinathi Nhleko who grabbed the second goal in the 2-0 drubbing of Bay United replaced him after 40 minutes.

Speaking to kaizerchiefs.com on Tuesday after training session Knowledge revealed that he did not feel any discomfort, “I was really worried after I got substituted early in the game. It is always difficult to catch up with the rest of the group when you start the season injured.”

I am happy that I finished two training sessions today without feeling any pain,” said Knowledge, adding that he was delighted to score a goal in his first game for Kaizer Chiefs.
