Kaizer Chiefs PRO Putco Mafani says the pending case that involves DRC international Kabamba Musasa will not necessarily rule the lethal striker out of action in the Coke Cup match against Ajax.

Musasa was arrested on Tuesday along with his brother on allegations that he has tempered with telephone lines at his residential complex.

"He was arrested and we bailed him out. The explanation we get from him is that he is not involved. I am not aware of the actual charges. Our supporters should not panic as the player has been at training with the squad and he should be available for selection," says Mafani.

Swaziland international striker Sbu Dlamini is definitely out on suspension while midfielder Stanton Fredericks has a 50/50 chance due to a niggling groin injury. He will undergo a late fitness test and the technical team will take a decision on Saturday.

The coach is nevertheless spoilt for choice in terms of selection. It is a game of pace and Dumitru can reliable call on to the services of the likes of Arthur Zwane, Jabu Pule Rene Richards and Shoes Moshoeu in midfield.

The Ajax game will mark the return of striker David Radebe who missed the Premiership game against Cosmos as he was attending a family funeral.

In defence the coach has Malawian Patrick Mabedi, former national under-23 star Fabian McCarthy, Cyril Nzama, David Kannemeyer and Buti Sithole to choose from. In goals it will be a toss between Brian Baloyi and Rowen Fernandez.
