The ever dragging case involving Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates over the services of Siphelele Mthembu has once again been moved to the 23rd November 2008.

This was revealed to kaizerchiefs.com by Club’s Football Manager, Bobby Motaung after the scheduled meeting on Sunday, 16 November did not conclude on the matter.

The case is with the SAFA Appeals Board after the Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) ruled in favour of Orlando Pirates.

“The case has once again been moved due to lack of evidence. The player (Siphelele Mthembu) needs to submit an affidavit that confirms that he authored and signed the letter to the Appeals Board that he accepts the decision of the DRC. He should submit the affidavit by the close of business on Wednesday the 19th November,” said Bobby Motaung.
