Mthembu hearing postponed for 25 August

Kaizer Chiefs will have to wait for 25 August 2008 to know about the future of striker, Siphelele Mthembu - this was revealed on Tuesday afternoon by the Premier Soccer League.



The Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) hearing sat today at the PSL offices where preliminary arguments had to be disposed of first and thereafter the matter was postponed to 25 August 2008 for a further hearing.



According to a press statement from Premier Soccer League, in the interim both parties must exchange further documents between themselves and that must be concluded prior to the 25 August.



Kaizer Chiefs Football Manager, Bobby Motaung who represented Kaizer Chiefs at the DRC said he welcomes the decision, “We are guided by the rules of the Premier Soccer League. We will then await for the 25 August to know the verdict of the case.”
