The case involving Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates for the services of young striker, Siphelele “Scara” Mthembu will now be held on the 16th November 2008, a day after the mouth-watering Soweto derby.

This was revealed to kaizerchiefs.com by Football Manager, Bobby Motaung.

Motaung said, “The case has been postponed to the 16th November as SAFA did not have some of the information needed for the appeal to sit on the matter”.

The case that has now dragged on for months went to South African Football Association’s appeals board after Premier League’s Dispute Resolution Chamber ruled in favour of Orlando Pirates was scheduled to take place in Johannesburg today.
