Defender Ditheko Mototo and striker Louis Agyemang have fully recovered from the injuries sustained in the Soweto Derby on the 10th December at FNB Stadium.

Agyemang left the field mid way through the first half after picking up a hamstring injury, Mototo followed him back for an early shower a few minutes later after having taken the free kick off which David Obua headed the Amakhosi into the lead.

Mototo left the field of play also with an injury to his hamstring after coming out worse off when going in for a challenge with Benedict Vilakazi. The pair missed Chiefs 2-1 victory over Golden Arrows at Soccer City this past Saturday. Both of them have been declared fit by the Chiefs medical team and have been training with the rest of the team since the start of the week.

While Mototo and Agyemang are back to full fitness, Rene Richards is still experiencing some discomfort from a groin injury he picked up two weeks ago. Richards will not be available for the final game of the year against Black Leopards in Thoyandou on Thursday afternoon. Defender Bevan Fransman has also been given time off to recover from a groin injury and he too will not be available for the Leopards clash.

In other team news Thabo Mooki will begin his holidays a day earlier than the rest of his teammates as the veteran midfielder will miss the Leopards game through suspension. Mooki picked up his third yellow card of the season late in injury time when Chiefs ran out 2-1 victors over Arrows.
