Defender, Lawrence Molekwane has returned to training ahead of the schedule following an injury he sustained to his elbow during the Peter Mokaba Cup late in January this year.

The initial word from the Club’s medical team was that the player will be out for approximately ‘six weeks’ but he has returned three weeks after the injury.

“Molekwane has made a remarkable recovery and joined his teammates for full training on Monday morning,” said Dave Milner on Monday afternoon speaking to kaizerchiefs.com.

Meanwhile reserve goalkeeper, Kabelo Metsimetsi is facing time on the sidelines after injuring his finger at training on Friday. The player was operated on the same day but should be back in 10 days.
