I have to start today's address by saying that I missed each and every one of you at Wednesday's game against Black Leopards. Walking out onto the field for the game to an empty stadium was really weird.
There was an eerie silence around the ground during the game, which eventually got to the players. In truth the entire team, missed having spectators at the game - the noise of the vuvuzela's and the encouragement from the supporters was truly missed.
A lot was made of the games to be played behind closed doors and now that we have got one out of the way, I am really glad. Playing without supporters does have an effect on the team and for us this was a case of silence was not "goalden".
