Kaizer Chiefs young midfielder, Mandla Masango was on target on Monday afternoon as Amajita breezed past Zambia by 2-0 at De Beers Stadium in Kimberley. The Mpumalanga born midfielder had an easy tap-in at the 64th minute to send the game beyond Zambia’s reach.

Amajita stand a good chance of qualifying for the semi finals but they will have to win or at least get a draw against Seychelles.

Meanwhile, Defender Tlou “Spanner” Molekwane has pulled out of the Cosafa squad after sustaining an injury.

“I suffered chest pains so I came back to the Village for treatment. I wish the guys all the best in the tournament,” he said.
