Bafana Bafana striker, Lehlohonolo Majoro has told kaizerchiefs.com that he and his teammates are looking forward to the crucial and potential thrill-a-minute clash against Sierra Leone at Mbombela Stadium on Saturday, 08 October 2011.

Bafana Bafana needs to win and hope that Egypt win against Niger to progress to the African Cup of Nations 2012.

“A win against Sierra Leone is a must. It is important that focus on giving our best against and not stress ourselves about the result in Cario. That game and the result thereof is not in our hands,” insisted Majoro.

“We are channeling all our energies towards the game at Mbombela Stadium. Judging the way we have been training and preparing for this game I have no doubt that we will win against Sierra Leone. The mood in the camp is high and everyone is geared up for the game.

‘Major’ as Majoro is affectionately known in football circles is aware that Bafana Bafana would need to be at their best to beat sometimes ‘stubborn’ Sierra Leone.

“They can be dangerous and we well aware of the fact that we need to be at our best to come back with the result. We cannot take anything for granted because we are playing at home. We still need to go out there and fight for the win.

“We also know the fans will be behind us all the way. The vibe at Mbombela Stadium is going to be electric and it will be left to us to do our job on the field.

Bafana Bafana is second having accumulated eight points after five games while Niger leads their Group on nine points. Sierra Leone are also still in the running as they share the same number of points with Bafana Bafana.
