Kaizer Chiefs players and management heaved a sigh of relief when the Premier Soccer League, released their amended fixture list for the last week of matches for 2005.

The Amakhosi who were originally scheduled to take on Black Leopards in Thoyandou on the 23rd December at 20h00 pm have now had the game brought forward by more than twenty four hours.

The Amakhosi have seen the game changes from the Friday night kick off to a Thursday afternoon start, which will now be at 16h00pm at the Thoyandou Stadium in Thyandou in Limpopo.

Much reprieve for most of Chiefs players based out side of Johannesburg and the country including the coaching staff who will now be able to make it home in time for the Christmas holidays.

As players such as Zimbabwean midfielder Tinashe Nengomasha and Ugandan international David Obua feared that with the original scheduled date for the game they would not make be able to get home in time for the festive period.

With the revised scheduled date and kick off time the players will have ample time to be able to travel home and be with their families over the holidays.

The mauling of the Leopards will be televised on SuperSport3 - which is Channel 23 on DStv live at 16h00 on the 22nd December.
