Legends have backed the Club for a victory this coming Saturday when Kaizer Chiefs visit AmaZulu in what promises to be thrill-a-minute encounter at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday afternoon, kickoff is at 15h00.



Legends that belong to the glorious Class of 1984, Jingles “Baba KaSibongile” Pereira, Sylvester “City” Kole and Ryder Mofokeng where at Club HQ, The Village in Naturena on Thursday afternoon.



“The boys need to continue with the same approach against Ajax Cape Town. At Peter Mokaba, they played without pressure and we demolished them,” said Jingles Pereira who was a no nonsense defender converted from a striker position by then Coach, Mario Tuani.



“It is very important for the team to keep their feet on the ground. We need not to think about Ajax Cape Town or AmaZulu. We need to play our normal game. I am sure we are going to come back with a result in Durban. City Kole who played as a defensive midfielder or as a sweeper anchored Ryder’s words, “We are behind the team all the way and in football it is not over until it’s over. We have proven match winners who can turn the result to our favour. It would be good for the team to win the league and we believe we can this coming Saturday if results from other contenders go our way,”



Chiefs are currently on 3rd position in the Absa Premiership log standings with 56 points and a win in Durban and a loss for Orlando Pirates and Ajax Cape Town will see the Amakhosi returning with the Absa Premiership title to Naturena.
