Itumeleng Khune has urged his teammates to focus ahead of the crucial fixture against AmaZulu on Wednesday at Loftus Versfeld, kick-off at 19:30.

"Spider Kid" as Khune is affectionately known in football, made his return on Sunday in an impressive 3-0 win against Bidvest Wits.

"It was good to come back after spending a frustrating three months on the sidelines. Like I said previously to kaizerchiefs.com, I was always confident of coming back to the team. We played well on the day and of course I was pleased that we kept a clean sheet," Khune said on Tuesday morning.

Khune and his teammates are aware that they cannot continue to drop any points at this time of the season.

"Everyone is confident following our win against Bidvest Wits. The game against AmaZulu though will be a different test all together. They did not win against Maritzburg last Sunday but we cannot be fooled by that result. We need to focus on our game. Importance of us winning this game can never be more emphasized," concluded the Ventersdorp born goalkeeper.
