The Kaizer Chiefs Marketing Department would like to make an official announcement, that Kaizer Chiefs is re-launching its Cheerleading squad.



The Amakhosi Shakers, as they are known, are looking to exceed expectations and live up to the nickname of ‘Glamour’ given to their male counterparts as they reassemble this season.



Cheerleaders, dancers and gymnasts are invited to be part of this experience as the Amakhosi make way for the girls at their headquarters. Trials will be held at the Kaizer Chiefs Village in Naturena, Southgate, on Saturday 23 September from 8:30-15:00.



Our choreographers and judges are looking for candidates who have a musical, theoretical and physical understanding of the dance forms. Dancers who are eager and willing to commit are welcome. Only young ladies from 18yrs-25yrs will be allowed to audition.



Remember: Criteria and standards to be an Amakhosi Shaker are high, only candidates with cheerleading, dance and/or a gymnastic background will be accepted.



Finalists are expected to commit to all rehearsal and performance times.



Please come to Naturena if you want to be a part of this experience, but do not forget that much will be expected from you as you compete for a space in the Family
