The Glamour Boys were back at training at the Village this morning without Michael Nkambule who joined the South African Development Squads on Thursday morning and Mandla Masango who is away in Kimberly with the Amajita, South African U20 National Team.



Midfield cum striker, Gert Schalkwyk worked with fitness trainer, Elsa Storm after missing the game against Golden Arrows due to a slight problem in his knee.



Team Physio, Dave Milner gave kaizerchiefs.com a lowdown on the progress of other players carrying injuries.

Kaizer Motaung Jr.



Kaizer has started training, but not full training as yet as his ankle is still being assessed. He has started playing a bit and should start full training in the next week or two.



Gerald Sibeko



Tso who has been struggling with his quadriceps, the muscle is now healing and he has started training in the gym. He has also started running.



Dominic Isaacs



Domza is still busy with rehabilitation on his troublesome quadriceps, on a positive note just like Gerald he has started running.



Arthur Zwane



Arthur hurt his knee ligament on Wednesday against Golden Arrows. It does not look serious at this stage but if his knee has not improved over the weekend, then he will go for a scan on Monday.



Emille Baron



Emille has been struggling with a back injury. He should start light training in about two weeks from now and should be able to join the rest of the team in full training in January.
