Kaizer Chiefs improves its supporters structures

The Management of Kaizer Chiefs has decided to suspend the processing of all new and outstanding applications for membership cards.

The decision follows a preliminary consultative process that focussed on various offerings and benefits of the Kaizer Chiefs membership cards and the various factors that impact on their production, distribution and monitoring.

The preliminary phase resulted in an internal commissioning of the Kaizer Chiefs Branch Regeneration Programme (BRP), a research and analysis intervention process that sought an in-depth understanding of its supporters branch structures, and its membership base.

Whilst the BRP process persisted, Management decided that all fees from new and outstanding applications be kept in a Trust Account that will be activated after all matters around the processing and the production of new membership cards have been addressed.

It is envisaged that individuals that may not necessarily belong to any branch but have applied for membership, will also benefit from the BRP through its various new anticipated products and services.

Their application fees will also be kept in a Trust Account.

We believe that the BRP will strengthen our branches and enhance the value of our membership as we progress towards improving our relationships with all stakeholders by raising the status of our valuable supporters.

In the meantime, those who are interested to apply for membership may contact the Kaizer Chiefs BRP Team at Naturena (Head Office) at (011) 941 1465 for advice.

We also regret this temporary inconvenience but assure all our current and potential loyal Kaizer Chiefs supporters that Management will do everything in its strength to address all matters effectively by June 2006.
