The 2010 Kaizer Chiefs Executive Golf Day has been postponed until further notice due to the bad weather conditions. “The event will still take place during the course of this month as all is in place”, confirmed Kaizer Chiefs Marketing Director Jessica Motaung.

The sponsors and participants were out in numbers and geared to have a go at the 18 holes, but Mother Nature had other ideas about the day. The competitive spirit was high and Kaizer Chiefs Captain Jimmy Tau confirmed this when made this statement “If it weren’t for the bad weather, everyone here was in trouble”.

Some competitors seemed somewhat pleased with the postponement in Coach Vladimir Vermezovic and Josta Dladla. However it must be said Dladla knows how to dress for the occasion as he was dressed like a real professional golfer in his white golf shoes. Maybe the postponement will afford them a chance to hit the driving range for practice sessions.
