Kaizer Chiefs will take the field on Saturday without the services of goalkeeper, Emille Baron who is out with a groin injury. This was revealed to kaizerchiefs.com by Team Physio, Dave Milner after the Friday morning training session.

Regarded by many as one of the top goalkeepers in the country Emille played the last two games against Ajax Cape Town and Moroka Swallows.

“Emille is struggling with a groin injury more or less the same injury that kept Itumeleng Khune out for two weeks. He should be back in ten days,” revealed Dave Milner.

Dave gave kaizerchiefs.com a low down on other injuries.

Dominic Isaacs

Dominic will start limited training next week. He will join the group for other exercises while continuing with his rehabilitation. We will then assess him on when to start with full training but he has made a remarkable progress since aggravating his injury back in January.

Ibe Zito Ogbonna

Zito was given time off from training after he was admitted in a local clinic. He has since been discharged and will join the rest of the guys for training next week.
