The tall defender, known to kaizerchiefs.com as “Codesa” after former Kaizer Chiefs skipper Neil Tovey was smiling from ear to ear as his teammates, led by captain Jimmy Tau, sang Happy Birthday for him.

When it was time for him to respond, Gordon, who is very shy in nature, had few words but thanked his teammates for the singing for him on his special day.

Also celebrating his birthday today was Goalkeeper Coach Rainer Dinkelacker.
