The team trained at 15h45 at the police training grounds on Friday. The session was quite light with the players doing ball control exercises and free-kicks plus penalties.

The session was a focused one with 2 groups of players alternating their shootouts against the two different keepers.

Both goalkeepers Rowen Fernandez and Tlali Mathibe gave the players a hard time as they were well-prepared and saving most of the shots.

The new players worked their hardest trying to prove a point and trying to make their mark in order to get their place in the line-up for the game against TP Mazembe.

The coach and his assistants were satisfied and look forward to tomorrows last training session at the stadium before Sunday's big encounter.

The players had a motivational meeting between themselves last night after their meeting with the technical staff where the new players were welcomed and all issues were ironed out for the forthcoming season.

The Chairman is expected to join the team on Friday evening after attending the Banquet hosted by the NW Province and Standard Bank at the Mmabatho convention centre.
