"Foremost it's going to be a tough game. It brings back memories of last season," Kaizer Chiefs Coach Stuart Baxter was looking ahead of the match here tomorrow.

Kaizer Chiefs will look to continue in their winning ways in the Absa Premiership when they face Free State Stars at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Tuesday, 16 December 2014, kick-off at 18h00.

Fresh from their first home league win since September when they defeated Chippa United 1-0 on Saturday, Chiefs has just completed their final preparations for the match.

Baxter sounds a warning of a revenge following the results of the last season against Stars, "We will have revenge in mind. We have a few challenges here and there," continues Baxter.

"We will tweak the squad a bit. We have injuries and suspensions in the squad."

Baxter confirms, "Willard Katsande is out due to abdominal muscle injury. Kgotso Moleko is still recovering from the thigh injury,"

Baxter hinted at the return of Katsande on the weekend when Chiefs tackle MP Black Aces.

Out through the accumulations of yellow cards are George Maluleka and Morgan Gould.

The Amakhosi are placed first on the Absa Premiership log with 40 points from 16 matches.

The Free State side Ea Lla Koto are placed 15th on the Absa Premiership log with 15 points from as many matches.

"We will get some fresh legs in the team tomorrow. As always we will make changes that will maintain our formulae," concludes Baxter.

In head-to-head stats, Chiefs and Stars have met in 30 league matches since 1996.

The Amakhosi have 19 wins compared to three for Ea Lla Koto, while eight matches have been drawn.

Chiefs have won 10 of their 15 home matches against Stars, suffering just one defeat in the process.

When the teams met earlier this season, the Amakhosi claimed a 1-0 win in the Free State thanks to a goal from Lebese.

The much talked about fixture will be a culmination of the Limpopo Takeover which started a week with a series of events.
