Kaizer Chiefs coach, Muhsin Ertugral has told kaizerchiefs.com that he and his charges remain focused ahead of titanic battles against current Premier Soccer League and log leaders, SuperSport United and Soweto rivals, Orlando Pirates.

The two games will be played on Wednesday and Saturday next week respectively.

“It is very important that we remain focused,” said the Turk.

Muhsin Ertugral said the two wins against Bloemfontein Celtic and AmaZulu respectively were good for the moral boost for the team but ‘will be forgotten when Chiefs play against SuperSport United and Orlando Pirates’.

“The two wins were good for boosting the moral of the players but it is important that the team realises that the wins have brought a challenge for us to continue doing well. We played two friendly matches this week and I was happy with the level of commitment from the players.

It is important to keep the boys playing at least two games every week. We continued this week working in polishing our striking patterns and defensive organisation,” he said.

Seventh placed Kaizer Chiefs will meet current champions Supersport on Wednesday and Orlando Pirates on Saturday next weekend, “Both games will be tough and it will be a big test for the boys,” he added.
