Fans eager to get their hands on much sought after tickets for Chiefs games will now, in addition to purchasing tickets from Computicket outlets, can visit their nearest Shoprite & Checkers Store to purchase tickets.

This new initiative which began on Monday includes the Amakhosi’s upcoming league fixture on Saturday evening against Bloemfontein Celtic at the FNB Stadium.

Thami Mayaluza head of security and logistics at Chiefs is optimistic that with a new avenue for pre sales the convenience and comfort supporters is high priority for Chiefs, "often the argument is that there are not enough places to purchase tickets for our matches with this agreement we have created more distribution centres and this is done in order to assist supporters and make things easier for them."

Tickets for this weekend’s game are out on sale at Computicket outlets countrywide as well as The Amakhosi, which is located in Gandhi Square in the Johannesburg CBD and all Shoprite Stores. Kick Off for the game is at 20h10 on Saturday and ticket Prices are R20.00.
