The date of the adjourned case involving striker, Siphelele Mthembu, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates has been set.
The Dispute Resolution Convener, Zola Majavu announced yesterday that the case will take place on the 25, 26, 27 September.
The date has effectively ruled out any hope of the young striker participating in the upcoming league game against Maritzburg United on the 13th September and the crunch MTN8 final against Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday the 20 September 2008.
