Football Manager, Bobby Motaung has told kaizerchiefs.com that Cosmos has dropped a case against defender, Tshifiwa Mmbooi who was alleged to have signed a contract with both Jomo Cosmos and Kaizer Chiefs.
“Jomo Cosmos has dropped the case against the player. We are happy that this case against the player is now over and the player can focus on fighting for his place in the team. At Chiefs we never had doubts on how we handled the matter as we approached Dynamos the club he was contracted to,” said Bobby Motaung.
The no nonsense right-back is yet to play this season after making few appearances for the Club during preseason.
