Kaizer Chiefs Family would like to join millions of South Africans who are currently mourning following the news of the untimely death of Ma Daphney Hlomuka-Ngubane otherwise known as “SisMay”. She passed on, on Wednesday morning, 01 October 2008 after a long illness.

The Public broadcaster, SABC described her as, “one of our shining First Citizens”. MaDaphney, a mother and an actor had an illustrious television career, will be surely missed by all South Africans. There is no doubt that she goes down as one of the best actors to grace our screens during the torrid years.

The Chairman of Kaizer Chiefs F.C. would like to send heartfelt condolences to the Hlomuka and Ngubane family for the loss of their daughter and mother respectively.
